Hi Wealthbuilder..
I have just gotten this piece of news..
If you are into PAS (Prosperity Automated System), you need to READ this message right away...because they are about to get shut down by the SEC for being an illegal pyramid scheme.
It pains me once again to see yet another "network marketing" company fail to operate its business legally, and hurts more to know that some of my own subscribers and customers are members of this program.
There were 2 red flags in this program.
The first red flag was that they did not have a real product offering(in the beginning).
The 2nd red flag was that they started charging a premium to their members for "Coop Advertising" shares, which most veterans in this industry know that you can make a profit from. And then they started heavily using the "let us do all the advertising for you" approach so that you don't have to do squat. (never a good idea)
That is why I did not join PAS nor did I oblige myself to any one of you who were in PAS, for this reason.
And it was too expensive an initial investment. i could not have forked out USD3000 for a start.
I am, however, very sorry if you are in PAS and have not recouped your investment yet.
Going back to the news...
The Securities Exchange Commission has deemed the Prosperity Automated System(PAS) to be an Illegal Pyramid Scheme and have filed lawsuit to shut them down.

Marketing programs, especially high ticket items like PAS, are great to promote because you can quickly recoup your investment and make a sizable income from very few sales.
What I typically look for in programs is PRODUCT VALUE.
Here are the questions I ask myself...
Q: Is there a real product I can gain benefit from?
Q: Does the product help me improve in my marketing?
Q: Is it a product I would recommend to others (even if I am not reselling it)?
I have tried different programs, and I decided that i will stop at only these 2.
