In order to become a realtor, do not get agressive in competitive adrenaline rush. Look for help instead. Go to the real estate agency that provided you your office or your home, these agencies know every detail about the ever changing real estate market.
Nothing is better than a practical study. Such observation would make you a better realtor. Ask a few agents to show you homes that are up for sale. This way you would get to learn all about how houses shall be presented to potential purchasers.
Last but not least, if you want to become a realtor, you should also ask advice from house builders and constructors. They know everything about the real estate that can last long and those ones that have a short shelf life. They also know about government legislations that control the making of a legal property.
