In relation, Traffic Exchange could really be time consuming if it is just about browsing sites. In this case, it would be best to benefit from building downline. A downline is a group of people who decided to join the program through a member. Once signed up, the downline will be technically under the member who is the reason for joining. The member with whom the downline was signed up under is also called the upline.
Moreover, the Traffic Exchange programs that give bonus credits when somebody signs up under a member. The member is then called the upline of the one who joined. The person who joined is the downline. In Traffic Exchange programs, when somebody signs up under that downline, his or her upline will still have some bonus credits. This could be up to the 4th level of downline. The concept is the same as a Multi Level Marketing system.
Furthermore, when the downline browses on member sites and get his or her own credit, the upline also gets his or her credits from it. In a nutshell, the more downlines there will be the less time could be spent browsing as the credits will keep on coming to the account. It could also reach a point when the downline will be large enough that there would be no need to browse on member sites at all.
Having a downline is essential in a Traffic Exchange program; so it is best to create and maintain a relationship with them. This can be done by sending all new members a welcome note at the onset of joining; and let them know that questions and feedback will be very much appreciated. Giving the downline some tips or suggestions that have been proven to be effective through experience would also be excellent. However, it will not be good to send plenty of emails selling products and services to the newly recruits. Doing this may lead them to regard the emails as spam and just be directed to the spam folder in the future.
To add, it is also a good idea to encourage the new members to recruit other members or develop their downline. Aside from them getting the benefits from it, the upline will surely have his or her bonuses. The credits one can get from the downline will surely add to generating the targeted traffic to the site. This means more potential customers; and a higher chance of boosting the business on sales and search engine ranking.
