The Importance Of Using Quotes

I used to receive, from time to time, good feedback from my customers. Some of them were so satisfied by my products, that they used to write phrases such as "I've recently bought your UBM game and first of all I'd like to say thank you for developing this game since I've been looking for it years".
I obviously was very pleased, but I was used to just close the email without doing nothing, until recently I realized that was missing the opportunity to use them to add "credibility" to my site!
Adding quotes from satisfied customers is one of the most popular "tricks" used in marketing, and so I modified my existing product pages, adding the most enthusiast phrases I recevied with email. I was really curious to see its effectiveness.
Well, only after a week that I've added them, I could alredy see a slight, but noticeable increase in conversion ratio between that page visitors/sales!
So I really suggest to anyone who sells products online, to add those quotes if you receive them, because they really can help you in your business, they seems to work for real!
